What you will do
- Research customer needs and industry trends, analyze business pain points, and design customized solutions using available products and services.
- Prepare solution documentation aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Coordinate sales, product development, delivery, and other internal and external stakeholders to plan projects and control progress and quality.
- Resolve implementation issues and support successful solution deployment.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, competitor activity, and operational data to optimize solutions and develop new approaches.
- Maintain customer relationships, identify additional needs, support renewals and upsells, and share reusable methodologies and best practices internally.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing customer requirements and designing business or logistics solutions.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and manage project implementation.
- Capability to analyze data, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
