Operation Planner, Orthopedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech develops healthcare and orthopaedic solutions. The Orthopaedics business is planned to separate into a standalone company operating as DePuy Synthes, subject to legal, regulatory, and customary approvals.

What you will do

• Build and improve MV setup process capabilities.
• Manage planning activities for new product introduction and transfer projects, including ramp-up, material, and transfer plans.
• Create master production schedules and align code-level schedules with business partners.
• Support customer service targets by controlling back orders and inventory across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
• Coordinate planning activities with the Supply Chain function.
• Lead or support system and process improvement programs within and beyond the planning function.

Requirements

• Experience with production, material, project, or supply chain planning.
• Ability to coordinate plans with sending and receiving sites and business partners.
• Experience creating and executing master production schedules.
• Ability to manage inventory and customer service performance indicators.
• Ability to work in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.
