Contract Technical Recruiter (Digital / AI) (AI and technology recruiting): Leading full-cycle recruiting for critical AI, data, digital, and technology roles with an accent on senior and leadership hiring, talent-market expertise, and technical sourcing. Focus on recruiting and closing machine learning, data, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital product talent from leading technology companies, AI research labs, and financial institutions.
Location: Remote; ideally located near New York City, Windsor, CT, Atlanta, GA, Minneapolis, MN, Des Moines, IA, or Scottsdale/Tempe, AZ
Salary: $52/hour on W2; no 1099, third-party, or CTC arrangements.
What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
- Recruit for AI, generative AI, machine learning, data science, and data engineering roles.
- Recruit digital product management, software engineering, cloud and platform engineering, and cybersecurity talent.
- Partner with hiring leaders and drive recruiting strategies in competitive talent markets.
- Source and close candidates from leading technology companies, AI research labs, and major financial institutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on AI, data, digital, and technology hiring.
- Deep knowledge of the AI and digital talent landscape, including senior and leadership recruitment.
- Strong network across AI, machine learning, data, engineering, and digital communities.
- Experience recruiting for large financial institutions, fintech organizations, or leading technology companies.
- Experience with modern sourcing tools, market intelligence platforms, ATS systems, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
- Ability to influence hiring leaders and recruit technical talent in competitive markets.
