Operations Partner (AI)

Location: Full-time onsite position at the Melbourne office, Victoria, Australia

What you will do

• Support planning and coordination across Product, Design and Engineering, aligning priorities, dependencies, capacity and delivery milestones.
• Configure and support integrations across Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace and other business systems.
• Establish consistent operating rhythms, processes, controls and standards across teams.
• Identify operational pain points and develop scalable improvements, including workflow automation and AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting, analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support team changes, onboarding and restructures while building trusted cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, delivery, IT project management, program coordination or a similar role, ideally in a technology or fast-moving product environment.
• Proven experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to independently manage operational workstreams across multiple teams and priorities.
• Applied experience using AI tools to solve practical business problems, including automation, document processing, analysis and data-informed decision support.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and follow-through skills.
• Comfort working with operational and delivery data to support decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience building or configuring integrations and automations between Jira, Slack, Google Workspace and other business systems.
• Experience supporting Product, Design or Engineering teams.
• Agile, Scrum or project management certifications.
