What you will do
- Manage strategic business partnership governance, including contract renewals, amendments, change requests, transition-out plans, and contract exits.
- Prepare monthly operational, financial, and risk reports for senior leadership, highlighting milestones, notice periods, and timeline risks.
- Lead governance forums and coordinate legal, finance, technology, business, and external partner stakeholders.
- Lead technology governance intake, quality assurance, approval-board submissions, and partner technology forums.
- Track financial reporting and budget alignment across technology project boards.
- Oversee transition governance, contractor onboarding, stage-gate management, and working groups for technology delivery teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing and delivering complex, large-scale projects, programs, or workstreams end to end.
- Demonstrated ability to drive governance and alignment across matrixed internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience establishing project reporting frameworks, managing risk registers, and preparing executive updates.
- Ability to join mid-stream initiatives, understand complex operational contexts quickly, and maintain momentum during temporary coverage periods.
- Experience in technology transitions, IT governance, contract management, or external partnerships is desirable but not mandatory.
