About the Role

You will define and champion the Product Experience vision and strategy while building and leading a team of eight full-stack PX professionals. You will partner with product engineering and senior stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives maintain high-quality work prioritize customer needs and coach people toward greater effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of people leadership experience in Product Design or UX
• Deep UX expertise and business acumen
• Strategic leadership and builder mindset
• Ability to work across functions and organizational levels
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Adaptability curiosity and openness to change
• Ability to drive urgency experimentation and improvement
• Coaching and mentoring experience
• Experience managing full-stack Product Experience professionals

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the Product Experience vision and strategy
