UX Research, Design & Engineering Lead (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $157,667–$283,801 base pay range, plus variable pay opportunity

What you will do

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, challenges, and workflows.
• Design intuitive experiences for the Agentic Service Catalog and complex technology processes.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design patterns.
• Build production-ready frontend experiences with React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
• Use research, feedback, and data to iteratively improve the user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience designing and delivering user experiences for complex software products, technical platforms, developer tools, or enterprise workflows.
• Strong skills in user research and product design, including interviews, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, usability testing, prototyping, interaction design, and iterative validation.
• Ability to understand complex technical workflows and translate them into intuitive experiences while preserving information needed for informed decisions.
