EMEA Transportation Specialist

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and 2 days working from home. Working hours: 9:00–17:30.

Salary: €1,350–€1,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Book trucks for loadings at plants and warehouses according to carrier agreements.
• Coordinate the smooth and timely execution of product deliveries.
• Manage carrier operations and ensure compliance with agreed prices, conditions, and service-quality standards.
• Resolve unexpected transportation issues and delivery escalations.
• Communicate delivery deviations and coordinate solutions with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and coordinate activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous transportation or logistics experience is advantageous.
