What you will do
- Lead, recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing club team.
- Own commercial performance across memberships, personal training, and secondary spend.
- Deliver a welcoming, energetic, and premium member experience.
- Oversee sales and operational processes and implement central initiatives.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, presentation, and operational consistency.
- Manage policies, procedures, Health & Safety, and pool plant operations in line with guidelines.
