Manager, Category Management (pandamart)

What you will do

• Own the full P&L for assigned pandamart categories, including revenue, margin, and supplier income.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business KPIs.
• Manage product sourcing and merchandising to deliver the right selection and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate supplier costs, funding, commercial terms, marketing investment, and advertising spend.
• Develop new sourcing opportunities and extended ranges while maintaining reliable supply to fulfilment centres.
• Lead data-driven commercial initiatives in collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, Imports, Pricing, Strategy, Finance, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, account management, or category management.
• Demonstrated success in negotiation, influencing, and internal and external relationship management.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment while contributing to wider team performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.

Nice to have

• Supplier acquisition experience.
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for an Associate Manager position.
