Data Centre Selection Manager

Location: In-office in Singapore or Sydney

hirify.global operates a global network that protects and accelerates Internet applications for customers ranging from individual bloggers to Fortune 500 companies.

What you will do

• Define regional vendor strategy for data centers and support the growth of hirify.global’s colocation and PoP footprint.
• Own data center vendor and site deals end to end, including planning, RFPs, commercial negotiations, and execution.
• Work with legal, operations, capacity planning, network strategy, and security teams to align requirements and timelines.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships through QBRs and other partner-management activities.
• Represent hirify.global with external partner C-level stakeholders and at public conferences and events.
• Contribute to data center budgeting, cost benchmarking, spend reviews, and invoice approvals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience planning and managing data center footprints in an enterprise technology, cloud services, software, or colocation organization.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and geographies while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in relationship management, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to solve problems and operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in-office in Singapore or Sydney.

Nice to have

• Experience with rack, site power, and white-space planning.
• Understanding of network concepts.
• Experience in budget planning, financial analysis, or another analytical role.
• Experience with Jira.
• Multilingual experience or experience living, working, or conducting business in another country.
