Senior Project Manager MEP & CSA (Data Center)

Location: On-site in Taichung City, Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead onsite project activities, assess progress, and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultants, and contractors, including scheduling and partner engagement.
• Identify project issues proactively and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Implement and monitor project processes, procedures, and revisions in partnership with the client.
• Lead and attend progress meetings, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners.

Requirements

• Experience managing data center construction projects from both MEP and CSA perspectives.
• Project management professional certification, or willingness to pursue one.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
