Domain Network Lead (Business Process Management)

What you will do

• Govern and sustain the assigned domain BPO Network and drive process ownership maturity.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration among Co-Owners, BPOs, SMEs, support teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Own network maturity deliverables, monitor progress, and escalate risks affecting network effectiveness or sustainability.
• Facilitate governance reviews, maturity assessments, network forums, feedback loops, and action follow-up.
• Promote process excellence through communication initiatives, operational training, process adherence monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Work with the Central BPM Team to establish business process ownership fundamentals and support evolving local BPO Network needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of process governance, process ownership, continuous improvement, and business transformation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and change management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Access to controlled technology requires prior legal authorization under applicable United States export regulations.
