Project Manager

What you will do

• Support product and project development activities, including deliverables, competitive bids, estimates, scope definitions, and execution strategies.
• Lead project teams executing projects valued at $5MM–$100MM.
• Control project costs, schedules, quality, safety, reliability, and other critical success factors.
• Allocate resources according to project complexity and coordinate communication across regional execution teams and functional areas.
• Work with customers, vendors, and joint-venture partners to resolve issues, share best practices, and achieve project goals.
• Manage change control, reporting, project closeout, customer updates, and documentation of lessons learned.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex product or engineering projects from bid through completion.
• Ability to manage project teams and projects valued at $5MM–$100MM.
• Capability to control cost, schedule, quality, safety, and reliability requirements.
• Experience coordinating customers, vendors, joint-venture partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to apply project reporting, baseline change management, and formal project closeout processes.
