What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project execution from milestones through successful closure.
• Track customer accounts and coordinate feature delivery with client and internal engineering teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues affecting delivery, quality, and timelines.
• Own customer incidents, escalations, issue resolution, and post-delivery follow-ups.
• Align engineering, product, and operations teams to remove cross-functional bottlenecks.
• Maintain structured communication and regular reviews with key client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Program Manager in the technology industry.
• Effective communication in English and Mandarin with cross-functional and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with standard project management software such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Right to work in Taiwan and successful background and reference checks are required.

Nice to have

• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification, such as CSM or PMI-ACP.
• Experience managing B2B enterprise software or hardware projects.
