What you will do

• Develop and execute an organisation-wide global technology procurement category strategy aligned with hirify.global’s priorities.
• Consolidate regional plans and coordinate global and local procurement projects.
• Identify opportunities through analysis of technology spend, contracts, business requirements, market dynamics, and emerghirify.global innovations.
• Drive cost optimization, risk reduction, ESG improvements, standardisation, digitisation, and scalable commercial models.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships, improve service performance, foster innovation, and manage supplier lifecycle risks.
• Lead procurement governance, stakeholder alignment, performance reporthirify.global, and a high-performhirify.global global procurement team.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Successful end-to-end technology category management experience and senior executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience develophirify.global and implementhirify.global global technology category strategies in complex organisations.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulatory environments, technology risks and opportunities, market trends, and procurement best practices.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and technology supply-chain environmental impact reduction.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, lead direct and indirect teams, navigate ambiguity, and foster inclusion across cultures.
