Account Manager (AI)

Location: Hong Kong; on-site

Established AI company providing software and digital solutions for clients in Hong Kong and overseas markets.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with existing and new B2B clients as the primary point of contact.
• Identify client business challenges and translate requirements into tailored software or digital solutions.
• Conduct product, prototype, and solution demonstrations using AI-generated mock-ups and AI agents.
• Research new technologies, digital tools, and technical frameworks to address client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align proposed solutions with technical feasibility and client expectations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, technical consulting, or client services in a digital agency, software consultancy, or technology environment; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong technical background or digital literacy, with the ability to learn software architectures, new technologies, and AI tools quickly.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, conduct live solution and mock-up demonstrations, and consult with diverse clients.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Mandarin proficiency.
