What you will do
- Control the report generation process for defined customers under guidance.
- Ensure routine reports fulfill contract specifications, including timeliness and quality.
- Review client data requirements with internal resources to ensure accurate product deliverables.
- Follow data verification protocols.
- Research and respond to routine client inquiries.
- Support client service meetings at customer sites and produce ad-hoc studies when requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Two years of related work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in PC applications, especially Excel.
- Effective written and oral communication across organizational levels.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and strong customer service skills.
- Experience in an role and pharmaceutical experience preferred.
