Senior Inside Systems Engineer

Location: Hybrid or work from home, based in any hirify.global Australia/New Zealand territory; North Sydney, New South Wales is listed as the location. Occasional on-site demonstrations and up to 15% regional travel are required.

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to position hirify.global products, qualify opportunities, and win new business.
• Manage technical evaluations and act as the primary technical advisor for hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver web-based and occasional on-site demonstrations, presentations, and training.
• Implement and manage Proofs of Concept through technical closure.
• Respond to technical queries and RFPs, remove sales barriers, and support customer business objectives.
• Track activities in Salesforce and relay customer feedback to product and development teams.

Requirements

• Strong presales experience with an IT software vendor or partner.
• Technical familiarity with hirify.global Data Cloud and hirify.global Data Platform.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud-native technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, and Azure.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, data management, AI, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience deploying software solutions in complex environments and understanding solution-selling strategies.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and independent-working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, Commvault, Veritas, or Rubrik solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
• VMCE, VCP, Azure, AWS, or other professional certifications.
