Technical Project Manager (Gaming)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; on-site role

What you will do

• Lead gaming controller development projects and sustain product lifecycle management.
• Build and coordinate multi-functional, multi-site project teams across development and manufacturing.
• Partner with product management, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, design, and operations to deliver product experience, cost, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate contract manufacturers through product development, launch, and sustaining activities.
• Implement engineering change orders affecting products and manufacturing processes.
• Drive troubleshooting, failure analysis, root-cause investigation, corrective actions, and project risk management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment.
• Experience managing new and sustaining product development with cross-functional and global teams.
• Knowledge of project management concepts and project-team leadership.
• Ability to create comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, or comparable tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering is required.

Nice to have

• Formal project management training or PMP certification.
• Engineering, materials, or management experience.
