Executive, Fulfilment (Key Account Management)

What you will do

• Manage relationships with existing clients from onboarding and training through ongoing fulfilment service delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, customer support, and change requests for assigned accounts.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, support retention and growth, and communicate operational learnings.
• Maintain customer success metrics, documentation, and account data.
• Prepare, draft, and review customer presentations and support contract negotiations with legal teams.
• Provide technical fulfilment expertise and handle ad hoc fulfilment-related tasks.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or operations.
• Experience in 3PL logistics, fulfilment, warehousing, or logistics operations for eCommerce or B2B markets.
• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, creativity, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Existing working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu in reading, writing, and speaking; Mandarin is an advantage.
