What you will do

• Oversee apparel department operations, product availability, backstock organization, clearance, salvage, and markdown execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
• Implement planograms, apparel tables, displays, promotional events, signage, and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, accurately signed, and fully stocked merchandise presentations.
• Train, influence, motivate, and support the apparel team while providing feedback on department performance.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, compliance requirements, and GOLD presentation standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or soft lines.
• Experience providing excellent customer service and resolving member issues.
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and planogram execution.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, attention to detail, and goal orientation.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential; the role requires frequent standing, movement, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
