Member Experience Supervisor Full Time (Retail)

Location: Baltimore, MD, United States; full-time, onsite club leadership role with open shift availability and regular, predictable full attendance required.

Salary: $21.00–$26.25

What you will do

• Lead Front End Leads, cashiers, Membership Sales Ambassadors, and membership services functions.
• Coach, train, motivate, and manage team performance, including recruiting and corrective action.
• Drive membership growth, retention, loyalty initiatives, and member satisfaction.
• Maintain frontline, membership, operational, and GOLD club standards.
• Use reporting tools to identify performance trends, improve KPIs, and manage labor and supply plans.
• Resolve member concerns, oversee Front Door recovery follow-up, and coordinate communication across teams.

Requirements

• Leadership capability in supervising teams, training team members, and communicating results.
• Two years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email required.
• High school diploma, college degree, retail, grocery, wholesale, or leadership experience preferred.
• Open shift availability, full attendance, and completion of required training and certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to move on hard surfaces, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and work around temperature extremes, noise, and cleaning agents.
