Hardware Validation Intern (Python)

Location: Shugart, Singapore; onsite laboratory work

What you will do

• Partner with hardware and electronics engineers to translate validation requirements into automated, scalable test solutions.
• Develop Python-based tools for automated PCBA and hardware design validation.
• Execute and analyze hardware validation tests with real hardware in a laboratory environment.
• Optimize test workflows to improve lab efficiency, reduce cycle time, and support faster engineering decisions.
• Help ensure electrical designs meet quality and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in electrical, electronic engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Python or scripting for automation, data analysis, or instrumentation control.
• Strong interest in hardware systems and hardware validation concepts.
• Coursework or hands-on experience with electronics, signal behavior, or measurement techniques.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment, develop test methods, and debug hardware with experienced engineers.
• Analytical, proactive, disciplined, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks with guidance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PCB or PCBA design.
