Transform AI Strategy Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Define and drive strategic planning for enterprise-wide AI transformation.
• Develop and manage an integrated transformation roadmap covering business strategy, workforce, technology, governance, adoption, measurement, and delivery.
• Convert strategic priorities into structured programs with milestones, resource plans, investments, ownership models, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Lead portfolio governance, executive reviews, steering committees, stage-gate assessments, and value-realization tracking.
• Coordinate Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, and Transformation teams to resolve dependencies and accelerate execution.
• Build executive reporting frameworks and provide data-driven recommendations on risks, resources, investments, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Strategic PMO, Enterprise Transformation, Portfolio Management, Strategy Execution, Management Consulting, Business Transformation, or large-scale technology programs.
• Experience leading complex, multifunctional strategic initiatives involving executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning, portfolio governance, enterprise PMO operations, transformation program management, RAID management, benefits realization, and executive reporting.
• Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, digital transformation, product development, innovation management, and emerging technologies.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and executive-level stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, technology services, consulting, or other knowledge-intensive industries.
• MBA or equivalent degree.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications.
