What you will do

• Manage the Collaboration & Productivity Platforms function and align priorities with shared goals and operational excellence.
• Lead planning and delivery for platform initiatives across six-, 12-, and 18-month plans.
• Define responsibilities, milestones, success measures, and an 18-month platform roadmap.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize work, and deliver reliable platform capabilities.
• Establish operational processes, documentation, governance, and performance measures for supported platforms.
• Track commitments and communicate progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience managing collaboration and productivity platforms in a corporate IT environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery.
• Ability to define priorities, milestones, success measures, and technology roadmaps.
• Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience establishing operational processes, documentation, and governance for technology platforms.
• Experience managing competing priorities and communicating risks, decisions, and outcomes.
