Asst Manager-PM (Software & AI)

What you will do

• Manage 3–5 concurrent software programs from initiation through release.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program governance and executive reporting.
• Use Smartsheet for program planning, tracking, and resource management.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and critical issues.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of professional experience, including 5–6+ years in software project or program management.
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI and Smartsheet.
• Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytics, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience managing multi-team or global programs.
