What you will do

• Provide business and execution leadership for one or more medical device programs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, scope, and launch milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams through program identification, prioritization, development, and implementation.
• Coordinate communication across functions, stakeholders, and management levels.
• Develop risk plans, manage response strategies, and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with the core project team.

Requirements

• 10 years of product life cycle experience and 5 years of project management experience leading multi-site projects.
• Strong knowledge of medical device product lifecycles, ISO 13485, and FDA Quality System Regulation 21 CFR Part 820.
• Expertise in program management and experience managing multiple cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and business skills.
• PMI, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent certification required or desired.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or MS required; willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
