Sourcing Analyst

Location: Hybrid work at the Global Headquarters in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, USA, Monday–Friday

Salary: $78,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage sourcing categories and create procurement strategies.
• Forecast raw-material pricing trends and analyze global economic and chemical-market trends.
• Deliver value through innovation, cost savings, competitive advantage, and risk management.
• Develop suppliers, assess financial, geographic, operational, and capacity risks, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, finance, operations, and supply chain stakeholders on specifications, timelines, logistics, and quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience or capability in sourcing, procurement strategy, supplier development, and negotiation.
• Ability to analyze raw-material, economic, and chemical-market trends.
• Ability to assess supplier and supply-chain risks and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at the Vadnais Heights, Minnesota headquarters.
