Senior Manager - Global Indirect Procurement (Healthcare)

Location: Libertyville, Illinois, US; onsite requirement of 4 days in the office weekly. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 yearly base pay.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals managing global indirect spend categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies focused on cost reduction, demand management, supplier consolidation, and value creation.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives, negotiations, contract management, and supplier agreement implementation.
• Establish supplier governance programs, monitor performance through scorecards and KPIs, and lead issue resolution.
• Partner with business leaders to align procurement strategies with enterprise priorities and influence commercial decisions through analytics and market intelligence.
• Manage procurement compliance, supplier risk, business continuity planning, savings delivery, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or operations.
• 5+ years of sourcing and supplier management experience.
• 3+ years managing third-party or contract manufacturing relationships.
• 5+ years leading and developing procurement or supply chain teams.
• Experience supporting S&OP/S&OE and cross-functional supply planning processes.
