Product Manager (parental leave cover)

Location: Hybrid work between the Berlin-Mitte office and home; relocation support to Berlin, Germany is available.

What you will do

• Run the full product experiment loop: develop hypotheses, write specifications, launch tests, analyze results, and decide whether to ship or stop.
• Identify product opportunities using data, research, and member feedback.
• Define and deliver a focused set of features in close collaboration with design and engineering.
• Take ownership of product outcomes rather than individual tickets.
• Communicate results clearly so the wider organization can act on them.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including experience with consumer mobile applications at scale.
• Strong analytical skills, including product metrics, experimentation, statistical results, and product analytics.
• Demonstrated ownership, leadership, independence, and shipped product work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Clear communication, strong collaboration, and close partnership with design.
• Practical experience using AI to work faster and thoughtful judgment about its use in product operations.
