Senior Technical Product Manager (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany — work from home on Mondays and Fridays; office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Shape product vision, strategy, roadmap, goals, and success metrics together with Engineering leads.
• Lead discovery, scoping, prioritization, and the creation of detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product backlog, including grooming, refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery readiness.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Align Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Marketing, Operations, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use analytics, A/B testing, system monitoring, data pipelines, and instrumentation to validate ideas and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager building digital products, ideally in mobile gaming, ad-tech, e-commerce, or online marketing.
• At least 4 years of experience working with cross-functional engineering and product teams on high-scale digital products used by millions of users.
• Ability to read and discuss API contracts, system architectures, database schemas, and technical trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience owning product backlogs, writing epics and user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and running sprint ceremonies.
• Experience using quantitative data, A/B testing, funnel analysis, product analytics, and instrumentation requirements to guide decisions.
• Strong analytical, structured, organizational, ownership, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
