Group Product Manager - ERP (f/m/d)

Location: Remote-first in Germany with occasional on-site days, mainly at the Hürth, NRW office

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a significant ERP area focused on the transition from on-premise ERP to ERP Cloud.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and solve complex product problems spanning multiple teams and platform interfaces.
• Lead prioritization, discovery quality, competitive positioning, experimentation, and measurable adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Drive launch and go-to-market readiness with Marketing, Sales, GTM, and Support.
• Partner with engineering on problem framing, team-level architecture decisions, and early identification of technical risks.
• Lead product managers through hiring, feedback, and professional development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or complex product environments.
• Experience leading product managers with direct people responsibility.
• Experience taking an established product through a major platform shift, ideally from desktop or on-premise to cloud/SaaS.
• Strong prioritization, outcome orientation, data literacy, and experience working with KPI trees, adoption, and retention goals.
• Experience using AI in personal workflows and driving AI adoption in teams or products.
• English is the internal working language; German is strongly preferred for redesigning German merchant workflows.

Nice to have

• Domain depth in ERP, commerce operations, or workflow-heavy B2B software covering orders, invoicing, stock, or fulfillment.
