Account Executive (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Maintain relationships with key hospitals and accounts, collect customer needs and market insights, and support hospital projects.
• Conduct compliant scientific promotion and support hospital access, reimbursement, and pharmacy affairs initiatives.
• Support hospital and retail access projects, facilitate access processes, and maintain project documentation.
• Collect reimbursement and market information and support patient access programs.
• Coordinate regional projects with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Business, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a healthcare or life science background is preferred.
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in Market Access, business support, or related functions; Key Account Management experience is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in compliant scientific promotion and the ability to conduct in-depth scientific discussions.
• Familiarity with hospital customer management processes.
• Strong compliance awareness, communication, coordination, execution, and teamwork skills.
