What you will do

• Inspect residential properties to identify pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved chemicals, baits, and traps in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Educate customers about pest prevention and recommend ways to reduce future infestations.
• Build customer relationships, manage appointments, support sales to existing customers, and develop new business.
• Maintain, stock, and inspect pest control equipment and safely operate a company-provided service vehicle.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including confined spaces, heights, ladders, scaffolding, and areas involving animals, insects, dust, fumes, electrical current, and chemicals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Clean-shaven face required so respirators can properly seal.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and weekends as needed, with strong reading, writing, verbal communication, and basic math skills.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and stair or ladder work.
• Required licenses and certificates under applicable federal, state, and local regulations are covered by the company.
