Branch Operations Manager

Location: North Augusta, South Carolina, United States; must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.

Salary: $75,217–$125,360 per year.

What you will do

• Oversee daily branch operations, service delivery, technician dispatching, schedules, and local team assignments.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and supervise branch staff and technician teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction, resolve local issues, reduce cancellations, and improve retention.
• Monitor service completion, punctuality, route efficiency, NPS, safety, compliance, revenue, productivity, and rework metrics.
• Manage branch budgets and forecasts while implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing requirements, and federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a business-related discipline and at least two years of related lawn, horticulture, agronomy, or lawn care services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of supervisory management experience.
• Valid, permanent driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Must be at least 21 years old by the date of hire.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.
