Engineer Staff, Mfg Product (Manufacturing)

Location: Thailand - Pathumthani (Navanakorn). Work takes place in an office, engineering laboratory, cleanroom, and manufacturing-floor environments; occasional support outside normal working hours may be required.

What you will do

• Own product definition, technical performance, and manufacturing execution for assigned Cloud products.
• Act as the primary technical interface between Manufacturing and R&D on product-related matters.
• Lead technical analysis, issue resolution, risk assessment, corrective actions, and engineering-change implementation.
• Support product industrialization, NPI, product transfer, qualification, production ramp-up, and sustaining engineering.
• Maintain BOMs, drawings, specifications, product configurations, documentation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Improve yield, performance, quality, reliability, and cost through product optimization and data-driven engineering changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 6–10 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related role in high-technology manufacturing.
• Experience with NPI, product transfer, volume ramp, sustaining engineering, product lifecycle management, and configuration control.
• Knowledge of BOM management, engineering changes, product qualification, DfX, and structured problem-solving.
• Experience in optical, photonic, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Effective English communication and the ability to work with local and global teams.
