Technical Customer Engineer II (Industrial Coatings)

hirify.global Industrial Coating Systems provides industrial coating equipment and technical support to customers.

What you will do

• Provide technical service support and perform local equipment installations for customers.
• Plan and manage assigned projects within schedule, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, customers, sales teams, and service teams.
• Train customer personnel in equipment operation, maintenance, repair, and optimization.
• Prepare service-call, installation, weekly, and other required reports while maintaining job records.
• Gather field market information, maintain customer equipment databases, and advise on critical spare-parts inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Good spoken and written Thai and English are required.
• Strong aptitude for industrial equipment and good or expert knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Willingness to travel and ownership of a car.

• Experience in the industrial coatings industry.
