Staff Product Development Engineer (Semiconductor Test)

What you will do

• Own product performance in high-volume manufacturing and lead technical solutions for memory storage test.
• Design and optimize test strategies to improve yield, test time, quality, and manufacturing cost efficiency.
• Lead electrical failure analysis, test-method development, troubleshooting, and analysis of production and reliability results.
• Drive test-time reduction, new test platforms, test-program improvements, and CAPEX reduction.
• Co-lead NPI projects and transfer test technology from low-volume development to mass production.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation while mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
• Strong experience with memory or semiconductor test engineering in high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FMEA, DMAIC, Fishbone analysis, SPC, SBL, and SYL statistical tools.
• Experience with network IP integration, communication protocols, tester connectivity, and ATE platform operation, setup, correlation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, debugging, technical communication, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Non-Volatile Memory testing, failure mechanisms, and Electrical Failure Analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Linux experience for test automation, scripting, and system integration.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, C++, and Java.
• Experience developing, debugging, and optimizing test programs for yield, performance, and cost improvements.
