Shift Self Sustaining Technician (Semiconductor Testing)

What you will do

• Operate advanced testing equipment, including Stand Alone Tester, OLB, and LSM, for product validation and characterization.
• Coordinate product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests in line with established standards.
• Maintain laboratory environments, tools, and equipment to support smooth testing operations.
• Monitor equipment, identify malfunctions, and address operational issues promptly.
• Record testing data, maintain logs, and prepare engineering reports.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues involving test programs, materials, and product performance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in complex environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for progress updates and engineering data compilation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend testing equipment, IC assembly processing, metallurgy tools, or tester operation.
