HR & Operations Manager (Gaming)

Location: Onsite full-time at the Bellevue, Washington studio, Monday-Friday

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 per year

hirify.global’s PUBG Studios Seattle is a game development studio creating immersive worlds and the PUBG battle royale experience.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day HR processes and employee support for the Seattle studio, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, benefits, records, and payroll coordination.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, document and escalate conduct, policy, and workplace issues, and support investigations and corrective action.
• Manage the local performance-management calendar and coach managers on goal setting, feedback, documentation, development planning, and accountability.
• Coordinate compliance activities, training, audits, reporting, and risk escalation with Valor HR & Operations.
• Support workplace operations by coordinating with IT, facilities, vendors, and other partners.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, employee relations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting employees and managers in a multi-site or international organization.
• Working knowledge of onboarding, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
• Experience handling sensitive workplace concerns and confidential information, with strong judgment and escalation skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and manager-coaching abilities.
• Ability to work onsite from the Bellevue studio Monday-Friday.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Deel, or similar HR systems.
• Experience in technology, gaming, entertainment, or another fast-paced environment.
