Temporary Site Manager

Location: Eagle Mountain, Utah, United States; onsite

Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct company programs and implement policies to fulfill customer contract requirements.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and oversee supervisory management.
• Inspect facilities and evaluate safety, quality, service, equipment, space, and program compliance.
• Manage budgets, estimates, labor hours, expenses, billing, forecasting, inventories, and site financial reporting.
• Coordinate customers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, proposals, contracts, and related documentation.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and other applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, planning, project management, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to respond to customer, regulatory, and business-community inquiries and present information to managers, customers, employees, and the public.
• Ability to supervise, hire, assign, evaluate, train, and direct employees; a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and travel as required.
