Staff Product Manager, Partner Platform (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, or San Diego, California

Salary: $188,500–$255,000 in Mountain View; $173,500–$235,000 in San Diego

What you will do

• Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, use cases, and success metrics for a major partner-platform domain.
• Lead development of platform capabilities for partner onboarding, engagement, learning, and support.
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple teams, services, products, and use cases.
• Partner with engineering on APIs, systems, data flows, technical approaches, and tradeoffs.
• Drive AI-enabled product capabilities and use data and research to improve customer and partner outcomes.
• Align engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams around priorities while balancing delivery with long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including platform or ecosystem products delivered at scale.
• Experience with Salesforce PRM or related PRM technologies and partner-facing capabilities.
• Experience defining and delivering multi-year product strategies across organizations.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, distributed systems, and data platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, cross-functional execution, customer-focused strategy, and measurable business outcomes.
• Undergraduate degree required; computer science or engineering focus preferred. MBA is a plus, and equivalent experience is considered.
