Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, at the San Francisco headquarters; US employment benefits apply.

Base salary: $188,000–$235,000 per year, plus company bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own product features for importing contracts and metadata from communications platforms, third-party repositories, shared drives, and other business applications.
• Define the context knowledge graph connecting contracts, clauses, terms, entities, workflows, approvals, counterparties, and obligations.
• Establish shared schemas, APIs, events, identifiers, lineage, and access patterns for Search, Smart Import, Workflows, Analytics, and AI Agents.
• Define and deliver AI agent use cases that predict, recommend, triage, validate, reconcile, and execute work across legal, procurement, sales, finance, and operations.
• Set quality standards for grounding, explainability, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation, monitoring, and safe failure modes.
• Build data quality metrics and feedback loops while partnering with the Contract Understanding Platform team on ingestion, extraction, enrichment, graph construction, and serving.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including staff-level ownership in a data-rich environment.
• Experience building user-facing products and zero-to-one AI solutions.
• Strong quantitative judgment with experience defining metrics, instrumentation, quality thresholds, and feedback loops.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment from Series B through IPO.
• Enterprise product judgment involving trust, security, compliance, portability, and workflow integration.
• Excellent customer empathy, written communication, and cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, GTM, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract lifecycle management, document AI, legal technology, data migrations, or knowledge graphs.
