Technician, Facility Services, Food Equipment

Location: Onsite at 2840 Highway 95, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, United States

Salary: $26.00–$51.00 per hour, plus possible hourly premiums of $0.35–$3.00.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair commercial food equipment, facilities, fixtures, and store assets using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material-handling skills.
• Diagnose issues by inspecting, operating, and testing equipment and fixtures.
• Receive and complete reactive work orders, documenting repairs and maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and follow established preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Train store associates on equipment care and cleaning, while supporting food safety and cross-contamination prevention.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical certification with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material-handling equipment, or a related trade.
• License in a related trade in the city or state where the position is located.
• Valid state-issued driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Ability to work onsite, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and work in varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to complete required safety training.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial HVAC/R, building controls, mechanical maintenance, or construction.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and office productivity software.
