Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance (Facilities)

Location: Onsite at 350 Park Ridge Rd, Sullivan, Missouri, United States

Salary: $26.00–$51.00 per hour, plus possible premiums and bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair retail facilities, equipment, fixtures, and store assets.
• Use multiple craft skills, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment maintenance.
• Receive reactive repair work orders, document repair activities, and support store associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical certification and 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related area.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record without recent disqualifying violations or preventable accidents.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, stand or sit for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.

Nice to have

• Completion of a two-year vocational or technical trade program.
• Related trade license in the city or state of employment.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and office software.
