Senior Regional HR Partner

Location: On-site in Duncan, South Carolina, United States; expected travel up to 10% for team meetings, projects, and kaizens.

Annual salary: $145,000–$160,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with Duncan site and Hardware Solutions leaders to develop and execute people strategies supporting organizational goals and business performance.
• Translate global workforce and talent strategies into locally effective programs that improve attraction, retention, and team effectiveness.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession pipelines, and timely headcount actions.
• Ensure consistent people governance, policy compliance, employee relations practices, and workforce risk management.
• Manage complex and sensitive people matters, including escalations, crisis response, and preventative practices.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, change management, and data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; an MBA is preferred.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, and engagement.
• Ability to translate global standards into locally compliant HR practices.
• Experience coaching and influencing people leaders on sensitive matters and modern HR operating practices, including self-service and case management.
• Track record of leading moderately to highly complex local HR projects and change initiatives with measurable improvements.
• Experience using people data and associate insights to identify trends and recommend actions; familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement.

• Experience in regulated environments, HR governance, audits, regulatory matters, and crisis response.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
• Experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools for HR decision-making and execution.
