Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions

Location: Onsite at the Ol Roy Building, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation

What you will do

• Lead supply planning, replenishment, and inventory performance for pet merchandise.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional partners on forecasts, product launches, promotions, and inventory flow.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement recovery plans for out-of-stock and inventory health issues.
• Manage inventory distribution, purchase orders, supplier relationships, and timely product flow.
• Monitor On-Time-In-Full delivery and other inventory health metrics.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members while driving accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Expertise in inventory management, replenishment, supply chain coordination, and availability management.
• Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, supplier collaboration, and supply disruption resolution.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in data analysis and inventory systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Leadership experience in team development, mentoring, and performance management.

• Experience in replenishment or inventory management.
• Master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
