What you will do

• Evaluate project cost, scope, schedule, and contractual variances to identify and quantify change-order opportunities.
• Maintain standardized change-management processes, documentation, and a centralized change-log tool.
• Coordinate change-request estimating with Solution Development and validate schedule and resource impacts with Project Scheduling and Capacity Planning.
• Prepare change-request responses and change-order submissions for customers and New Business Order Entry.
• Collaborate with Legal Contracts Management, Sales, Procurement, Project Management, project execution, and project controlling on commercial impacts, supplier credits, invoicing, and cash flow.
• Lead monthly change-order reviews with business-unit and functional leadership and communicate approved changes to project teams.

Requirements

• Experience applying change-management processes to scope, schedule, cost, and project execution impacts.
• Ability to evaluate change impacts and advise business-unit leadership on whether to pursue changes with customers.
• Experience developing change-order strategies, contract language, quotes, and supporting documentation.
• Ability to participate in Quality Gate reviews from QG1B through QG7 and identify potential change-order opportunities.
• Ability to train cross-functional teams on change-management best practices and maintain libraries of comparable change orders.
• Experience in project execution within the material-handling industry is ideal.
