What you will do

• Own the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle for Personal Productivity AI products, including Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI assistants.
• Drive product discovery through user personas, competitive analysis, opportunity identification, and requirements definition.
• Define roadmaps, quarterly OKRs, success metrics, and transparent performance reporting.
• Track adoption, satisfaction, performance, ROI, and other product KPIs to guide post-launch optimization.
• Manage product inventory, documentation, financial performance, and audit-ready governance artifacts.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver governed AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience operating a business enablement product in a technical product environment.
• Understanding of the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agents.
• Knowledge of AI-powered productivity workflows, workflow automation, knowledge grounding, prompts, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, roadmap development, launch execution, and post-launch optimization.
• Knowledge of usage telemetry, adoption metrics, value realization, productivity KPIs, ROI modeling, and OKRs.
• Experience aligning AI-driven solutions with risk, compliance, audit, data protection, access control, and model risk requirements in regulated environments.
